Kel Balnaves is a skilled headline comedian touring throughout Australia and is a crowd favourite onboard P&O Cruises. When he’s not on the high seas, Kel is on the road travelling and performing some of the most remote parts of the country. He makes a particular effort to take comedy to places that are often forgotten on big mainstream tours. In both 2021 and 2022 Kel completed outback tours through SA, WA, NT and QLD covering over 15,000km each. This year he’s picked up an old Commodore, loaded a PA system and a swag in the back and headed off. If you see him, give him a wave.

Kel has been performing at festivals like the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne Comedy Festival for well over 10 years! Wet behind the ears, Kel performed in his first Adelaide Fringe way back in 2008. His ears have now dried out and he has since written and performed 10 solo shows on the trott. His 2021 show ‘Useful’ won Best Comedy weekly award at the Adelaide Fringe.
